Philippians 4:6
Be careful for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. Paul is teaching us that we are to verbally make our requests known to God.
Daniel 6:10 Psalms 55:17
The Hebrews began their day in the evening, and hence David mentions the evening first. The rabbins say Men should pray three times each day because the day changes three times.

I now have Christ dwelling in me, and greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world! (1 John4:4).
I now walk in the consciousness of my new life in Christ Jesus. Hallelujah!”
